Mary Aileen "Mike" Portes 

Her I.T. skills was honed in De La Salle University-IMPACT Center (Manila), with a follow through from New Horizon’s Computer Learning Center International. She also received web hosting training from Earthlink (click to know more), a leading ISP and web hosting provider based in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.

Mike is affiliated with the U.P. Sigma Alpha Nu Sorority and was educated at the University of the Philippines Manila.

Having been a Flight Attendant for Saudia Airlines, Mike's travels around the globe greatly influenced her perspective for her passions. After retiring from the aviation industry, the cyber world enticed her. Born out of this constant tryst is her project with her sorority sisters which is the showing of Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues" at the Music Museum and for an SRO crowd at the University of the Philippines Los Baños campus. The event generated a good amount to jumpstart her sorority's endeavors and to benefit Women's Crisis Center, a non-governmental organization based in Quezon City Philippines which caters to abused women.
